Refund Policy

We want you to love your ritual. If something isn’t right, our 30-day glow guarantee has you covered.

Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be in their original condition. To start a return, email hello@jaderitual.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll be notified by email when it’s issued.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
